Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, confers medals to Mr. Kong Nay and Mr. Prach Chhuon, both are well-known and Masters of Chapei Dang Veng (a long-necked, stringed instrument) of Cambodia during a Get-Together with Chapei Dang Veng Players and Medal Conferment Ceremony at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh this morning.
Master Kong Nay was also awarded last week with the Fukuoka Prize 2017 of Arts and Culture of Japan.
