Samdech Techo Hun Sen Makes Strong Comment Against Foreign Interference in Cambodia’s Internal Affairs

AKP, September 04, 2017 –Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, this morning sent a message to the foreigners who have interfered in the country’s internal affairs.

While presiding over the official inauguration of a mosque in Kampong Cham province, Samdech Techo Hun Sen called on those foreigners to stop their activities, affirming that Cambodia will conduct an investigation through the court to find out who have been involved.

“Peace is in our hands. Don’t let this peace be destroyed by foreigners’ puppet,” the Cambodian premier underlined. “At any cost, we need to protect peace and stability of our country. We cannot allow foreigners to use Khmers to kill Khmers anymore.”

Reacting to the statements in support of President of the main opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP) H.E. Kem Sokha against his arrest, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said those statements were made just to defend their puppet from the accusation.

H.E. Kem Sokha was arrested on Sept. 3, 2017 at 00:35 in flagrante delicto by the judiciary police officers in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kingdom of Cambodia for his conspiracy with foreign power to harm the country.

A video clip broadcasted by the Cambodian Broadcasting Network (CBN), based in Australia, and other evidences collected by the competent authority clearly prove the conspiracy between H.E. Kem Sokha and the accomplices with foreign power, which harms the Kingdom of Cambodia, said the royal government in a statement released yesterday morning.
