Tentative Lists submitted by States Parties as of 15 April 2013, in conformity with the Operational Guidelines<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">This document presents the Tentative Lists of all States Parties submitted in conformity with the Operational Guidelines as of 15 April 2013 and subject to the procedure requested in Decision 31 COM 8A.3.
