Wan Gang, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People\u2019s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), according to H.E. Eang Sophalleth, Assistant to the Cambodian Premier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Human resources are needed in the science and technological cooperation and development promotion in this digital era, he explained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">H.E. Wan Gang told Samdech Techo Prime Minister of his first ever visit in Cambodia, saying that the purpose is to strengthen the cooperation between both countries, particularly in the areas of science and technology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The CPPCC vice chairman thus sought Samdech Techo Hun Sen\u2019s recommendation to this cooperation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In reply, the Cambodian Prime Minister encouraged H.E. Wan Gang to cooperate with the Royal Academy of Cambodia, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">by C.
