<\/a><\/p>\n\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n His Majesty the King was seen off at Phnom Penh International Airport by Samdech Vibol Sena Pheakdei Say Chhum, President of Senate; Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly; Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister; and many other high-ranking officials and royal family members as well as Ambassador of Vietnam to Cambodia, H.E.
