AKP Phnom Penh, March 05, 2018 \u2013Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen inaugurated here this morning different Buddhist achievements worth in total nearly US$920,000 in Chhouk Va pagoda located in Angdong village, Sangkat Kok Roka, Khan Prek Pnov, Phnom Penh.<\/a><\/p>\n On the occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen expressed his appreciation to the inaugurated achievements, saying that they will contribute to serving Buddhism.<\/p>\n At the same time, the Premier announced to provide a new school building of three floors and 30 rooms to Chea Sim Chhouk Va Lower Secondary School.<\/p>\n Cambodia is a Buddhism-practicing country with 95 percent of the population are Buddhists, and the constitution also stipulates that Buddhism is the state religion.<\/p>\n Chhouk Va is one the more than 4,500 pagodas across Cambodia.<\/p>\n By Khan Sophirom<\/p>\n
