Thongloun Sisoulith, Prime Minister of Lao PDR, during a bilateral meeting with Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Peace Palace, Phnom Penh, yesterday afternoon, H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister told reporters after the talk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Lao leader also admired Cambodia for successfully hosting the 2nd MLC Leaders\u2019 Meeting, which ended with remarkable outcomes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cambodia handed over a paddle, the symbol of the co-chairmanship of the MLC Leaders\u2019 Meeting, to Laos on Jan. 10 evening, at the conclusion of the 2nd MLC Leaders\u2019 Meeting, marking the end of its two-year co-chairmanship with China as permanent co-chair.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LMC was launched in 2015, and its first leaders\u2019 meeting took place in March 2016 in Sanya, China\u2019s Hainan province. This summit was based on three pillars \u2013 political and security issues, economic and sustainable development and socio-cultural issues.
