Kingdom of Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, gathered on 10 January 2018 in Phnom Penh, the Kingdom of Cambodia to hold the 2nd Mekong-Lancang Cooperation (MLC) Leaders&#8217; Meeting
