His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, and Her Majesty the Queen-Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk hold a religious ceremony in the Royal Palace, Phnom Penh on Oct. 15 to commemorate the 7th Anniversary of His Majesty the King-Father Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk’s passing away (Oct. 15, 2012 – Oct. 15, 2019).
