Phnom Penh, September 19, 2019 –Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will pay an official visit to the Republic of Korea (RoK) to attend ASEAN-RoK Commemorative Summit and Mekong-Korea Summit to be held in Busan city in November this year.
The Premier’s visit was made known by H.E. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister, after the meeting here this morning between Samdech Techo Hun Sen and visiting Dr. Won-Mook Lee, President of Konyang University & Konyang Cyber University and visiting Dr. Hee-Soo Kim, Founder of Konyang Education Foundation.
At the invitation of Dr. Won-Mook Lee, Samdech Techo Hun Sen would pay a visit to Konyang University during his stay in South Korea as well as hold a get-together with Cambodian migrant workers in the country, added H.E. Kao Kim Hourn.
Regarding bilateral relations, he continued, Samdech Techo Prime Minister thanked the Korean side for its assistance to Cambodia in various fields, especially health and education.
