His Majesty Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, offers offerings to Buddhist monks, while he was holding in the Royal Palace, Phnom Penh on Oct. 23 afternoon a religious ceremony to mark Chegn Vossa or the end of Rainy Retreat, which falls this year on Oct. 24.
